The Challenge

St. John’s High School faced growing demands for efficient management of academic records, timetable coordination, and communication between staff and departments. With the school expanding and processes becoming more complex, the traditional manual systems were no longer sustainable.

 The Solution

To address these challenges, the school partnered with eSchool Manager, a cloud-based school management platform designed to digitize and simplify educational administration.

The eSchool Manager team worked closely with school leadership to:

• Fully digitize records and academic processes

• Train staff in usage and administration

• Customize sections for their A-Level and O-Level systems

Implementation was completed before the start of the new term, with full support provided throughout the onboarding process.
